Types of Personal Training

 

One-to-One Personal Training

One-to-one personal training is our most popular service and we attribute this to our attention to detail.

We believe firmly that personal trainers must possess a solid understanding of anatomy and their client’s needs before giving out any exercise prescriptions.

Athlete or new comer, every Just Sweat client has unique needs and goals. We do extensive physical testing and in-depth lifestyle assessments to determine the best course of action for every client.

Each private session happens in an intimate and friendly atmosphere where every second is dedicated to YOU. In addition to an exercise plan, all one-to-one personal training packages include full nutritional coaching to guarantee success.

All of this value only costs $55-$65 an hour.

When you book 10 sessions or fewer the rate is $65/hour. Book 25 sessions or fewer for $60/hour. Book 26+ sessions for $55/hour.

Our prices are comparable with other fitness facilities but the difference with us is that we don’t have a contract. You stay with us not because you have to but because the results speak for themselves!

Small Group Personal Training

Similar to team sports, group training can be motivating, fun, and a great way to stay active and healthy.

Group training is a cost effective way to get the benefits of working out with a Just Sweat trainer.At Just Sweat we offer a number of group training opportunities including customized training packages for small groups (2 – 4 people) with similar goals, as well as large group training such as TRX boot camps and yoga.

Team Training

Our trainers are no stranger to team sports and competition. We know that performing at the highest level requires more than just practice dribbling, throwing, swinging or shooting.

Online Personal Training

Too busy to get to the Gym? Always on the road? Living out of a suitcase, or in another city? Have we got a solution for you – online personal training!

Our web based applications allow us to consult with clients anywhere in the world providing access to our trainers, our expertise and programs.  With an online program you’ll never have to worry about missing a moment of training.
